Information we collect

Category Index uses server logs and first-party analytics to understand page performance, traffic patterns, and errors across the network. If you contact us by email, we keep the details you send so we can respond and track corrections.

Server logs and analytics records are retained for up to 18 months. Contact emails are kept as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain a correction trail. If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you may request access, correction, deletion, or consent withdrawal through the contact page.
